A network should never be the reason a clinician can’t open a patient record, a contact centre drops calls or a branch office grinds to a halt. Yet in most organisations, the network is the oldest, least documented and most fragile layer of the stack — patched over years, understood by no one completely, and one failure away from a very bad day.
Everest Systems designs, implements and manages enterprise networks that simply work. We combine deep multi-vendor engineering experience with a disciplined delivery method: survey and audit first, design against your actual traffic and growth, implement with tested change windows, and document everything so your network is an asset you own — not a mystery you inherit.

Routers & switches
End-to-end design, configuration and deployment of enterprise routing and switching estates across Cisco, Juniper, Aruba and HPE — from campus cores to branch access layers
- Workflow mapping
- Success criteria definition
- Risk & dependency review
Firewalls & Perimeter Security
Next-generation firewall deployment and lifecycle management — Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower and Check Point — including policy design, migration from legacy platforms, network segmentation and ongoing rule-base hygiene
HSCN Connectivity
As an experienced partner to health and care organisations, we design, deliver and support Health and Social Care Network connectivity — compliant onboarding, secure peering with national services, migration from legacy N3 arrangements and ongoing management of your HSCN estate
Enterprise Wireless
High-density Wi-Fi 6/6E design and deployment with predictive and on-site surveys, heat-mapping, seamless roaming and guest/clinical network separation — proven in hospital wards, campuses and warehouses
- Workflow mapping
- Success criteria definition
- Risk & dependency review
Load Balancing & DDI
Application delivery and load balancing (F5, Citrix ADC, HAProxy) plus DNS, DHCP and IP address management (DDI) that scales cleanly
Connectivity & Cabling
Structured cabling coordination, comms room design and circuit procurement — we manage carriers and contractors so you have one accountable partner
Next-Generation Networking
SD-WAN
Software-defined WAN that replaces expensive legacy circuits with application-aware routing, centralised policy and real-time visibility across every site — typical circuit cost reductions of 30% or more
SASE & Zero Trust
Zero Trust Network Access and Secure Access Service Edge — identity-driven security that follows your users to the ward, the branch and the home office, replacing the crumbling castle-and-moat VPN model
NAC & device trust
Network Access Control so only known, healthy devices touch your network — essential where medical devices, IoT and BYOD share infrastructure with clinical systems
Network Automation
Automated provisioning and configuration management (Ansible, vendor SD-controllers) — consistent, auditable change instead of hand-typed CLI at midnight
Monitoring & Observability
Full-stack observability — SNMP, flow analysis and synthetic monitoring with dashboards your leadership can actually read

FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know before we start working together.
How long does a typical automation project take?
It depends on complexity. A single workflow can be live in a few weeks. Multi-system projects with AI components typically take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after our discovery call—no surprises.
What access do you need to our systems?
We request only the minimum access required for each integration. For most projects, this means API keys or OAuth connections. We document all access and follow least-privilege principles.
Who owns the automations you build?
You do. Everything we build belongs to you. We provide full documentation, and you can maintain or modify the workflows yourself. We’re also happy to provide ongoing support if you prefer.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
We don’t disappear after launch. If something breaks or needs adjustment, our team is available to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue. We also offer ongoing support and optimization to ensure everything continues to run smoothly as your business evolves.
How do you handle data security?
Absolutely. We’re platform-agnostic and work with whatever tools you already use. If you have preferred vendors or existing technical teams, we collaborate seamlessly.
Can you work with our existing tools and vendors?
That’s exactly what our discovery process is for. We’ll help you identify the highest-impact opportunities based on time savings, error reduction, and strategic value.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
What if we're not sure what to automate first?
Each session is 50-60 minutes. We’ll decide together how often to meet—typically weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and schedule.
